Located at approximately a 5 minute drive to Moraira, a close drive to the beach of Platgetes and within walking distance to restaurants and bars this property is complete with the following criteria:
On the lower level of the villa there is a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dining room. A hallway leads to a double bedroom with full bathroom ensuite, one double bedroom with shower ensuite and two further bedrooms which share a family shower room.
The upper level of the villa is set out fairly similar to the lower. Both are the same size as each other and have the same number of bedrooms and bedroom types also a fitted American style kitchen and open lounge/dining room.
In each lounge there is sky tv and internet. Both kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. The washing machine situated on the lower level.
The outside of the villa is very spacious. The swimming pool is T shaped, with one side of the T incorporating Roman style steps into the pool for easy access and the other side offering an integrated spa, this is a very rare feature and thus adds to the element of luxury that this property offers.
The villa also has an outside entertainment area which includes a pool table, football table, tennis table and gym!
The pool is surrounded on all sides by a large patio area which is set in a large landscaped garden which includes a grassed children play area, numerous palm trees and a whole variety of Mediterranean plants. This allows you the freedom to lounge around the pool side in very spacious and tranquil surroundings. Again this is a luxury not found amongst the majority of villas in the area.
To complement the spacious Mediterranean garden there is a large gazebo at one end of the swimming pool. This is perfect for sampling the al fresco style of eating that Spain’s climate allows and coupled with the barbeque house situated close by (which contains a large barbeque, fridge, outside hob, serving area etc) you may find that you never use either of the inside kitchens at all during the summer period!
